- exchange of experience in HIV/AIDS prevention
- regional networking of organizations dealing with HIV/AIDS prevention
- presentation of project dealing with vulnerable groups
- Upgrading the peer education model and restructuring he approach to peer education
- cooperation
- promotion of multiethnic respect and cooperation

| REALIZATION:
Summit will be realized by three day agenda plus two days for arrival and departure. Program is going to be divided in two parts workshops and plenary session. Workshops will take place in the morning and mid day, and we will have two plenary sessions one that will open the 4th Summit and the one that will present the work done by our working groups. There will be 3 different working groups with 3 different topics and the participant will choose the group trough application process. You will be a part of the workgroup that you chose for the duration of the whole Summit.

| Workgroups topics
• Projects dealing with vulnerable groups
This workgroup is created in order to present different projects regarding vulnerable groups from different regions and countries. The aim is to exchange prior experience, present results, and good practices and create relationships and contact with similar projects, and receive information on how to upgrade and improve your projects.
• Peer education, success or failure?
In his workgroup we will analyze peer education and whether it has produced results we were all hoping for or not, and if not why? This will be a chance to improve the methods we use in implementing peer education and how to improve it.
• Sustainability
This workgroup will discus on how to develop and manage sustainable projects, how to motivate volunteers and continue the services if the projects do not continue.
Program will start at 10 a.m. and finish at 17 p.m.

| PARTICIPANTS:
Participants of this summit can be organizations which have AIDS prevention in their program. Countries eligible to participate are: Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia including Kosovo, Albania, Bulgaria, Romania, Hungary, Moldavia, Russia, Ukraine, Slovakia, Poland, Czech Republic, Spain, Italy, France, Germany, Austria, UK, Switzerland… Number of participants is 30. Beside 30 participants we have also 10 people representing organizations from Novi Sad, 3 facilitators and volunteers.
Application process will be done by filing in application form that can be sent by e-mail or post.
ELEGIBILE PARTICIPANTS:
- Between 16-36 years old,
- Active member of the organization
- Participated in programs considering AIDS prevention
Participants have to fill in participant application form, and decide in which workgroup they wish to participate in.
FOOD, LODGING, SOCIAL PROGRAM:
Youth of JAZAS-a Novi Sad will cover all the fees related to participation, food and lodging. Lodging will be at Student dormitory SAJMISTE, reconstructed in 2006, near the famous Novi Sad Fair, and 15-20 minutes from centre of town. Every evening we will organize special social program and dining in different specific restaurants for Novi Sad and Serbia.

The results of the application will be announced no latter than 29st of June
Travel cost will not be covered or reimbursed.

Čovek koji je prvi javno progovorio u medijima da je HIV pozitivan, Ivan Radojičić, umro je 21. oktobra 2009. godine u svom stanu u Beogradu. |
